You must be logged in to your account to view or change your bookings.
If you wish to change the date or time of your booking, first click on change booking, find a suitable highlighted new date. Select the date and then youll be shown a list of available times. As long as the time is shown, despite the number shown as "left" youll be able to change your booking.
Choose the eticket number you want to change.
If no etickets are shown, you do not have any tickets that can be changed.
There is an administration charge to do this.
There is no charge for having etickets re-issued.
There is an administration charge for refunding an eticket, this will be taken off the amount of your refund.
To have Eticket re-issued or to request a refund use the "VIEW ORDERS" link below, then a list of your orders will be shown;
You can then click the orange view button to manage the order.
Then click on the cerise coloured return button to start the refund process.
(There is also a blue "Resend my Eticket" button above your QRCode to have your eticket re-emailed, free of charge)
