General Admission Purchase Terms & Conditions


You are responsible for ensuring that the information you have entered at the time of booking is correct.

Your booking is only valid if you attend on the date selected and at the time selected.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked time slot to allow time for boarding.

Santa is NOT Ageist. He does not discriminate against people of any age. This is why we have two options for our experience.

Accompanying a visitor (You won't meet Santa)

Your group size may not exceed 5 person(s)

Your group must contain at least one adult aged 18+


IMPORTANT: You must bring your e-ticket with you on the date of your visit. Failure to do so will result in your booking being invalidated and you may be charged for admission.

Once purchased, no refunds will be given should your booking date be missed, nor if any person or persons in your group fail to attend on the date booked. If you are not able to make your booking, please get in touch at least 48 hours before your timeslot is due to start.

Your e-ticket is valid only for the number of persons stated on your e-ticket, up to and including the value of admissions that were purchased. If you attend with any persons not covered by either of these conditions, you will be charged for the difference and only providing we have availability in your time slot.

If we find your purchase to be in breach of our terms, including where abuse of the booking system is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

Cancellation

You must let us know at least 48 hours before your booked timeslot in order to receive a full refund. Letting us know later than this does not allow for us to rebook your timeslot and your refund will therefore be subject to our discretion.

Log into your account, view your order history, choose your order, and click the red return button to initiate a refund process.

Changes

If you wish to change the date or time of your booking, we can usually do this, however we need to have at least 48 hours notice. Do this by sending us an email to info@baytreewinterwonderland.com.

Include your order number and preferred new date/time. (It is best to check the current availability, by looking at the booking calendar, selecting a date, then using the timeslot dropdown to see the daily timeslots. before sending your request)
